MTM Making Moo-ves

Hi Everyone and welcome to our new blog!!

We are so excited to start sharing this journey with all of you.  We hope that you will follow us here for the latest on Minus the Moo, as well as @minusthemoo on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter!

This past week was a very exciting one for Minus the Moo (or "MTM" as we affectionately call it)!

We have moo-ved into Crop Circle Kitchen in Dorchester, where we will be churning up all kinds of lactose-free love this summer!  Crop Circle Kitchen is a commercial kitchen space where food entrepreneurs can grow their business.  We are so thrilled to be a part of this great organization that not only has ample kitchen resources, but a well versed and experienced staff that has been instrumental in the launch of our company.  MTM is thrilled to be able to call Crop Circle Kitchen home along with so many deliciously inspiring up-and-coming Boston brands. Lactose-Free Ice Cream Crop Circle Kitchen...complete with Food Truck fleet!

The facilities are amazing and HUGE!  The walk-in freezer is twice the size of either of our apartments and we could each comfortably sit inside the stand-mixer bowl.  Needless to say, plenty of room to make LOTS of Minus the Moo ice cream.  Which brings us to the most exciting development - our batch freezer has been installed and we whipped up our very first commercially produced batch of Minus the Moo!!  Here is Katy with some of our inaugural Sweet Cream.
