A Red, White, and Blue Milkshake
Need a festive red, white, and blue milkshake to celebrate the 4th of July this year? Try out this delish, fruity milkshake that has just the right amount of kick to it for your day drinking needs. Not into alcohol? Remove the booze and this milkshake is still a 10/10. And just to sprinkle a little more delight into this recipe, this red, white, and blue milkshake is completely lactose free! Yup, you read that right. Delicious, creamy ice cream with the added lactase enzyme is the perfect ingredient to celebrate the 4th of July this year without any consequences.
You’ll Need:
- 2 cups Beckon Vanilla Ice Cream
- 3/4 cups Lactose Free Milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 oz rum
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
Directions:
- Add half the ice cream, milk, vanilla, and rum to a blender
- Add a handful of strawberries and raspberries
- Blend until smooth, pour into a glass and place in the freezer
- Add the rest of the ice cream, milk, vanilla, and rum to a clean blender
- Add an handful of blueberries and blackberries
- Blend until smooth, pour on top of the other half of the milkshake
- Top with lactose-free whipped cream and red, white, and blue sprinkles
