Did someone say to take a first sip of that classic strawberry milkshake? No? Well… we’re doing it anyways! Summer is on it’s way and that means that it’s two of our favorite seasons: milkshake season and strawberry season! Why not combine two of our faves into a delicious, nostalgic treat – a classic strawberry milkshake. Simple, clean label, lactose-free, and refreshing, you can’t go wrong with a classic summer milkshake this summer season. With less than 10 ingredients, this recipe is just fancy enough to wow yourself in the kitchen but simple enough for it to become a go-to staple.Â

Servings: 3 Milkshakes

Beckon Flavor Used: Vanilla
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Beckon vanilla ice creamÂ
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 2 teaspoons cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup lactose free milk of choice
- Pinch of saltÂ
- Sprinkles for garnishÂ
- Lactose-free whipped cream for garnishÂ
- Strawberries for garnishÂ
Instructions:
- Wash and cut the strawberries, then cut the tops off of the strawberries
- Next, cut the strawberries in half and place them in a bowl with the sugar, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt Â
- Place the bowl of strawberries in the refrigerator for 30 minutesÂ
- Then, add the vanilla ice cream and strawberries with the liquid to a blenderÂ
- Blend for 1 minute, then add the milk and blend for another minuteÂ
- Pour into three glasses and top with whipped cream, sprinkles and fresh strawberries
