Beckon Flavor Used In Photo: Mint Chip

Ingredients:

  • Beckon Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1 cup sugar, sifted
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate or gummy Easter egg candies
  • Peeps Marshmallows
  • Sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Remove Beckon Ice Cream from the freezer to let thaw for a few minutes.
  2. In the meantime, in a medium-sized saucepan, bring cocoa, sugar, salt, and water to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and stir constantly for about 60 seconds. Remove from heat.
  3. Once cooled, stir in vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl or sundae glass, add ice cream toppings and drizzle chocolate syrup.
  5. Finish off with a small handful of sprinkles, and dig in!
