Lactose-Free Blueberry Pie Milkshake

Take it to the next level this season and enjoy the taste of a delicious blueberry pie with a twist. Yes, we’re talking about an adult lactose-free blueberry boozy milkshake (say that 3x fast). Let’s talk about dairy. We teamed up with New England Dairy in an IG Live for a step by step tutorial of how to make this delicious recipe. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of Beckon vanilla ice cream
- 2/3 cup of lactose-free milk
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup vanilla vodka
- 3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, plus more for sprinkling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Lactose-free whipped cream for serving (optional)
- Fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine the ice cream, milk, frozen blueberries, vodka, graham crumbs and vanilla extract in a blender until pureed.
- Pour into a glass and cover with whipped cream.
- Top with extra graham crumbs and a few fresh blueberries.
- Enjoy!
