Yup, you read that right. Our new and up-cycled flavor can be transformed to make the most drool-worthy treat you never knew you needed. These lactose-free ice cream sandwiches are a delicious indulgent treat, plus they’re technically donuts, so it’s technically breakfast — right?! Who said ice cream can’t be breakfast? We sure didn’t! So what are you waiting for: brew your coffee, let your ice cream thaw for a few minutes, and grab your favorite toppings to dazzle your tastebuds today and on any other special morning.

Beckon Flavor Used: Peanut Butter Cup
Ingredients:
- 1 pint Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream
- Donut of Choice
- Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Extra Peanut Butter Cups for Garnish
Instructions:
- Cut donuts in half
- Cut ice cream pint into slices, laying the pint on it’s side
- Remove the ice cream from the packaging and sandwich between the donut
- Melt dark chocolate in microwave and add 1tbsp of coconut oil, mixing well (this will help the chocolate harden)
- Dip half of the donut sandwich into the melted chocolate
- Place in freezer for a few minutes before enjoying!
