Crushed Candy Cane Espresso Martini
When you need a stiff drink, but you’re obsessed with ice cream. We present you: Crushed Candy Cane Espresso Martini. It’s really just an excuse to drink your ice cream because let’s face it, when you’ve found a lactose free ice cream option that you LOVE, you have to incorporate it into everything!
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 2 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Espresso
- Crushed candy canes
- Honey
- 1 Scoop Beckon Crushed Candy Cane Brownie Ice Cream or Vanilla
- Dark chocolate sauce
Directions:
- Add Kahlua, vodka, and espresso to a shaker with ice, shake vigorously
- Coat the rim of a chilled coupe glass in honey and then coat with crushed candy canes
- Add 1 scoop of Beckon lactose free ice cream to the coupe glass
- Pour espresso martini over the scoop of ice cream
- Top with a drizzle of dark chocolate sauce
